(Some) Dems Opt Out of AWB2 (For Now)
Read this item from David's War on Guns blog.
65 Democratic Congresscritters say "nyet" to a new and improved AWB2.
Kudos to them, and the NRA, who was behind the effort.
May they (both the Dems and the NRA) continue to hold the line.

Good for now.
However, I wouldn't count on these jokers maintaining this position going forward. Votes can be and are bought by favor within the House, so it will just require more manuevering by the opposition to get the votes back.
We can't let up on pressure, not for a minute.
