Planted In Our Hearts

Arctic Patriot gives a good year-end closer.

I thank you all for your readership and commentary in 2010.

If the flu lifts some more today, I may have some forward-looking thoughts.

Sorry to hear about the flu. Remember to maintain your Vitamin C and hydrate all the time year round.

A great post.

If you haven't already seen this, please give this video by Lt. Gen. (Ret.) W.G. Boykin. It is concise, accurate, delivered in a quiet and rational manner by a man who knows of what he speaks. It needs to go viral, and would if I knew how to make that happen. If you think I am correct in feeling this way, can you help, Pete?

Happy New Years fellow freedom lovers!!

Aside from the politics, I have something that I would like to share with all my brothers and sisters in freedom about getting in Shape this year!

We all know that we need to get in shape, but some of us are aging, some of us are already aged!

.... Have no FEAR, HGH is HERE. What is HGH - Human Growth Hormone. I don't know exactly what HGH is but I do know that it WILL bring youth and vitality to your life(proven by me). It puts fat burning into HIGH gear and muscle recovery at astounding paces. If you want to condition your heart and body, loose fat, and gain muscle mass --- incorporate the following training regime in your workouts 20 minutes a day 3 times a week -- Its called "Peak 8" interval training. Here is the low down ---

The exercise: anything that gets your heart pumping hard. Sprinting, bicycling, jump rope, rowing machine, etc...

just follow this simple plan:

3 min warm-up
30 seconds at full intensity(110%) 90 seconds at a very slow pace for heart recovery
...repeat for a total of 8 sets.
then 2 minute cool-down pace.

This is all about getting your heart close to its maximum rate (220-age). Something about this high intensity interval training causes the body to produce HGH at levels equating a full injection of the hormone, thats 500% of normal levels!! -- all naturally, as nature intended.

NOTE: do not eat ANY CARBS for two hours. As an insulin Spike will stop the HGH production cold. And waste your efforts.

Note 2: the 8 sets are paramount for HGH production -- don't quit at 5 or 6, again, you'll waste your efforts.

Factoid: The olympics quit testing for HGH because it was found out that some types of interval training were responsible for the abnormally high HGH test results.

Links below: Here are Dr. Mercola's series of videos explaining all of this in detail.

I hope I have given y'all a leg up on health -- try it, you will not be disappointed. --

It took a week before I started feeling the effects --- What were the effects?? --- feeling about 10 years younger!! I'm not kidding!

I sleep better, Have been waking without that groggy feel, just more energetic all the way around -- side note: My appetite has gone way down, I'm not getting hungry until around noon for some reason...?? I was a big breakfast guy -- Maybe its the metabolic rate increase? Who knows...

Anyway... Good Luck to all, lets get in shape for the coming fun. See you there!
