Silly people. Michael Chamberlin explains:

"Great document! I love the Declaration of Independence. It launched the "United States of America". It's not law though. You, me, the Supreme Court, can use that wonderful document to "interpret" the "Supreme Law of the Land" in America, THE CONSTITUTION, but it is not LAW.

It's the same with The Federalist Papers, and the other personal writings of the Founding Fathers. They help us to get "into the heads of the Founders", as we attempt to interpret the Constitution, but they are not LAW."
The Founders would never have written the 2A, guaranteeing the ability of their own people to rise up against tyranny, you see, if they could have foreseen M-16s and AK-47s.

But if Civil War II erupts, it'll be the fault of Glenn Beck and HIS misinterpretation of the Founders' vision. Chamberlin says.

If Glenn Beck gets his way, there will never be a Civil War 2.

If Beck gets his way, we will accept our chains meekly, sitting around in group hugs, denouncing violence, and trying to remember who we are.

There is a place for people like Beck in the current awakening, no doubt. But any future American uprising will likely have little to do with his philosophy and interpretations. He's already "denounced" all forms of violence.

Couple interesting events at yesterday's rally; 1) some wack job got confrontational and said we may have the right but have no business carrying AR's in public like that, the cops told him to move along; 2) some lady told the cops that if that were a group of black men, they'd have been shot by the cops. My answers are 1) we have the right and it is our business to carry our AR's in public and that guy can kiss my ass; 2) I invite conservative black men and women who believe in the constitution to join us at the next rally!
