The man has courage.
Still, he's depending on the government to follow the law and its own rules.
The US government will not do that.
You have an executive branch that claims, and is exercising, the power to imprison without charges or trial, for any length of time it wishes, even for the life of the prisoner.
Corruption at that level cannot be beaten within the system.
Very good point. But like with most cases we are seeing, your peers in court are so brainwashed you'll never see a fair trial. I'm in the same boat with the IRS. Been fighting them for years, Constitutionally I'm correct, but a jury of our idiot peers can send us up the river for life. No one thinks, they just vote how someone tells them to. So for all of our sake, I would love to see us find Constitutional solutions, but those days are long gone. He's right, the only liberty we will get is that which we take, by force. And there's just not enough willing to use force, because for them they don't see any problem as being bad enough to do anything about it. Yep, we're fuk'd!!
